Week of November 8th
If you haven’t noticed, we are trying really hard this year to increase our communication with our families. Please be sure to check out our website and Facebook pages as we regularly add things to them. If you haven't added our “Jonesville Community Schools app” to your phone, please do so for easy access to all news related to our school system.
As colder weather is here we ask that your child(ren) dress appropriately to be outside for 30 minutes. If the temperature outside is 50 degrees or lower, we require students to have a coat on. If you need help securing warm weather clothing, please contact your child’s teacher or the office as we do have items available that your child(ren) can have.
Our PTA will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, November 9th at 6:00 pm in the library at Williams. We encourage you to attend to see how you can support our school. Just come to the front doors a little before 6:00.
This week our staff noticed an increase in inappropriate behavior. While we understand that Halloween fell on a Sunday this year and students may have been up later than normal, we kindly ask that you talk with your child(ren) about what appropriate behavior looks like at school. This includes both physically (with the body) and verbally (words that they use). We appreciate working together with you to help your child(ren) learn and grow not only academically, but socially as well.
