Week of May 30, 2022
We hope that everyone had a wonderful 4 day weekend and that you took some time to remember those who sacrificed their lives while serving in our military as this is the purpose of Memorial Day.
This week our students will get to participate in Field Day! Grades KP-2 will enjoy their time on Wednesday, June 1st and grades 3-5 on Thursday, June 2nd. Currently, the weather forecast is calling for very warm temperatures so please be sure that your child dresses appropriately. There will be water activities as part of the fun so a towel and possibly a change of clothes may be a good idea. You should also be sure that they bring a water bottle and you may want to send sunscreen with them as well. We are looking forward to some fun-filled days!
Speaking of Field Day, if you choose to come watch the activities, we ask that you park in the high school parking lot and walk down to the school.
Finally, a reminder that we will have all electronic devices due Friday, June 3rd. The device and the charging cord need to be turned in. We would appreciate it if the charging cord was placed into a plastic baggie with your child’s name written on it so that they can get their cord back in the fall.
