What’s Happening at Williams: Week of October 21st
On Wednesday and Thursday last week we had Parent/Teacher conferences. It was great seeing everyone and we had a great turn out.
Home football games announcement: If your child is going to attend any home football games a parent must accompany them. Please have a conversation with your child that the low lying area behind the bleachers and beside the park is now off limits to all students. Thanks for your support.
Cold and flu season is here. Please make sure you call Mrs. Nash at the office if your child is going to be out sick or going to the doctor. We cannot excuse absences that are not called in within 24 hours. If you take your child to any kind of doctor, always get a note so we can excuse it. School starts at 8:00, so please make sure your child is dropped off by 7:55 at the latest. Thanks!
If you are dropping off your child after 8:00, you must walk them into the front foyer and sign them in. Thanks!
Just a heads up! On Friday, November 1st students are allowed to wear costumes to school. When deciding on costumes you will want to make sure that costumes are suitable for all ages, so we ask that there are no weapons, blood, or gore. Additionally, students are not allowed to wear masks as we need to be able to see their faces. Hats, hoodies, and helmets are fine.
Lastly, I would like to give a shout out to all the volunteers that helped work our Book Fair during the day and night. We appreciate you and our students and staff thank you!
