The State of Michigan is offering Summer EBT to help families buy food for their school-aged children during the summer. This program is not ran by Jonesville Community Schools.
School-aged children 6-18 are eligible if 1) They are already receiving SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid during the current school year 2) Are categorically eligible [foster child, migrant, or runaway] or 3) are approved for Free/Reduced meals due to a direct certification.
Receiving free meals at Jonesville DOES NOT automatically qualify your child for the Summer EBT Benefit. Only children in households at or below 185% of the Federal poverty guidelines are eligible for Summer EBT or the items listed above. For more information please visit SUN BUCKS - MI Summer EBT.
